Neelam Charania is a seasoned Public Health Nurse and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently employed at Flemingdon Health Centre since November 2018, Neelam leads the South Asian Diabetes Prevention Program. Concurrently, Neelam serves as a Nursing Supervisor and Registered Nurse at Orchard Villa long-term care home since September 2017, focusing on staff leadership, in-service training, and resident care in alignment with health legislation and standards. Additionally, Neelam has demonstrated skills in nursing assessments, wound care, and rehabilitation while working for Bayshore Home Health since November 2014.
