Raj Boya

Raj Boya is an accomplished executive specializing in global service sales and business development within the wind energy and digital connectivity sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global Service Sales Wind at Flender since November 2022, Raj oversees significant annual sales turnover to OEM and Independent Aftermarket customers. Prior roles include Head of Sales & Business Development for Digital Products at ZF Group, and Head of Service EMEA at ZF Wind Power Technology, highlighting expertise in P&L management across regions. With a strong foundation in sales and strategic analysis gained during tenures at Bosch Rexroth Renewable Energies and ZF Wind Power Technology, Raj has consistently managed large accounts and developed business strategies. Educational credentials include an International MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, complemented by degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
