Phil Boylen was appointed chief executive of the Construction Division in May 2022.
He has been with the business since 2019. Before taking over as chief executive, Phil was responsible for both Brian Perry Civil and Higgins; these businesses represent around 70% of the total operations for the division. He also has experience leading the Watercare Alliance and South Pacific businesses.
Phil has a proven strong track record of driving both business performance and strong customer outcomes. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles in United Group Ltd, Downer and Tenix.
