Jeff Tisdell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff is currently serving as the President at Fletcher Business Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Walter Surface Technologies for several years, where they held various roles including General Manager & Vice-President of US Sales, Vice President of US Sales, Executive Director of US Sales, Executive Director of National Accounts, and Director of Marketing. Their responsibilities involved leading teams, strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, sales management, talent development, and building relationships with key corporate players. Before joining Walter Surface Technologies, Jeff worked at Ideal Industries as a Sr. Product Manager and at Newell Rubbermaid as a European Marketing Manager and Channel Marketing Manager.

Jeff Tisdell graduated from Nichols College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, majoring in Marketing. Prior to their college education, they attended West Springfield High School.
