Geoff Smith

Geoff Smith is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in advisory and executive roles across various sectors, including consulting, technology, and human capital management. As of September 2024, Geoff serves as an Advisor to the Board at Flex Legal and the Chairperson of the Board at First AI Talent, where efforts focus on growth strategy and strategic partnerships. Current roles also include Partner at PCB Partners and Non-Executive Director positions at Pragmatiq and ARCA Resourcing Ltd. Previously, Geoff demonstrated leadership as the Chief Executive Officer at Grayce, Managing Director at Capita and Experis, and played a significant role as a Non-Executive Director at Black Eagle Brewery Limited. Geoff holds a BSc in BioSciences from the University of Liverpool, earned between 1994 and 1997.
