Amelia Edwards

Amelia Edwards is a seasoned professional in educational experience design and technical support, currently serving as the Senior Education Experience Design Manager at Flexera since August 2023. Prior to this role, Amelia held various positions at Snow Software from October 2019 to August 2023, including Learning Experience Design Consultant and Customer Technical Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles at Kronos Incorporated as a Technical Support Engineer, Oracle as a Technical Support Analyst, and Responsys as a Campaign Specialist, where expertise was developed in email campaign management for high-profile brands. Additional experience includes web design and e-marketing at Propeller Communications, and graphic design leadership at Community Media.
