Mark Tercha is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Flexicon Corporation since December 2024, Mark has previously held significant roles, including Senior Mechanical Engineer at ZAP Engineering & Construction Services, Inc. and Senior Design Engineer at FLSmidth, Inc., where Mark worked for over 16 years.
