Rajesh Matta is an experienced financial professional with a focus on credit risk and lending solutions, currently serving as the Founder of Flexi Payment since February 2023, where the mission is to simplify financial processes for MSMEs through technology-driven working capital solutions. Prior to this, Rajesh held significant leadership roles including Chief Risk Officer at Religare, Chief Credit Officer at Magma Fincorp, and National Credit Manager for SME and Agri SME at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Rajesh's career includes key positions at ING Vysya Bank, Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., Centurion Bank of Punjab, Canara Bank, and National Insurance Company Limited, demonstrating extensive expertise in SME lending, credit policy development, and risk management. Rajesh holds multiple degrees including an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and has completed relevant certifications from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance and the Indian Institute of Insurance.
