洪敏于 has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they were the Organizing Committee President of WExplore China Project for AIESEC Changsha. In 2013, they were the Vice President of ICX GCDP for AIESEC in Changsha. In 2014, they were the Content Editor (Intern) for Hunan TV and the AIESEC National Support Team Chair (iGCDP) for AIESEC. In 2015, they were the Oversea Operational Assistant (Intern) for Jetline Leisure. In 2017, they were the Language Travel Program Admission Officer for EF Education First. In 2018, they were the Operation Manager for KRC实验室. Since 2019, they have been the Brand Manager for Flexiv Ltd.

洪敏于 received a Bachelor of Foreign Language from Hunan University in 2015, where they studied Foreign Languages and Literatures, General. In 2016, they completed a Master in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Sydney.
