Cody Moreland

Cody Moreland serves as the Sr. Director of Fulfillment Operations & Customer Experience at Flexport since June 2023, overseeing multiple teams including D2C fulfillment and account management. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Network Operations and Director of Fulfillment Operations at Shopify, where operations for the logistics fulfillment network were managed. At Deliverr Inc., Cody held the position of Director of Sortable Fulfillment, contributing to the successful $2B acquisition by Shopify. Earlier roles at Amazon included Assistant General Manager, responsible for significant revenue and employee management, and several senior operations manager roles leading associate teams and achieving top productivity metrics. Additional experience includes business development at C.H. Robinson, investment banking, and campaign management for the Republican National Committee. Cody holds degrees in International Economics and Political Science from Marquette University and has further education in Economics from Peking University.
