Maja Juric

Maja Juric has extensive experience in compensation management, demonstrating a strong background in broad-based compensation and benefits across various organizations. At Flexport, Maja served as the Head of Global Total Rewards, leading initiatives in compensation and benefits from December 2024 to May 2025. Maja's previous roles include Director of Global Compensation at Camping World, Senior Manager Compensation, and Director of Compensation at Coyote Logistics, where advanced compensation strategies were implemented. Early career roles include contributions as a Sr Compensation & Benefits Manager and HR Intern at Volksbank d.d. Maja holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Zagreb.
