Since September 2014, Jesper has held multiple roles at FLEYE Copenhagen, including Chairman of the Board and CEO, focusing on business development. As the Owner and Strategic Consultant of One Hand Factory since September 2013, Jesper provides strategic management and commercial development services. Previous experience includes directing Kopenhagen Studio at Kopenhagen Fur, managing operations at Holly's ApS, and serving as Group Marketing Director at IC Companys A/S. Jesper's educational foundation includes a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
