Harold Moss is the founder and Creative Director of FlickerLab. Notably, he created the three-minute cartoon, A Brief History of the USA, in Michael Moore’s Academy Award winning, Bowling for Columbine (2003) and was a producer of the 2008 Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning and Oscar nominated documentary, Trouble the Water.

Recent directorial projects include a stop-motion ad for the IRS; broadcast promotional campaigns for networks including A&E, HBO, AMC and Bio; an animated series teaching kids about their body for KidsHealth.org; a series of shorts for The Hub; 50 interactive children’s ebooks for Barnes & Nobles Nook Color; two pilots for Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, the highly successful viral short How Pregnancy Happens for Planned Parenthood, two pilots for Playhouse Disney. Moss co-created, wrote, and directed 39 episodes for the online animated series This Modern World by Tom Tomorrow and co-wrote an unproduced animated screenplay with Michael Moore and Tom Tomorrow. He has directed a wide range of animated, motion graphic, and live action commercial and broadcast packages and spots.
