Carlos Salaverria is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in application development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at FlightAware since May 2016, Carlos provides technical direction and collaborates with product owners to streamline complex projects. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at Entrance Consulting for ten years, contributing as a Senior Software Consultant and Software Consultant, where expertise in application scalability and performance optimization was offered. Experience also includes roles at Transocean and Schlumberger, focusing on user requirements analysis, software development in Perl and C++, and securing applications with LDAP authentication. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rice University, obtained in 2001.
