Currently serving as a Commercial Account Manager at FlightAware since September 2015, Nicole leads the Commercial Support and Account Management/Implementations Team, following a progression from roles such as Commercial Account Support Lead and Customer Support Specialist. Prior experience includes nearly 11 years at James Villa Holidays, where Nicole held positions focused on contract negotiations, yield management, and customer service, and previous roles at Cosmos Holidays and Jetlife Holidays as a Product Assistant and Reservations Agent.
