Dr. Jan-Frederik Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dr. Jan-Frederik began their career at Procter & Gamble as an Intern in Finance in 2010. Dr. Jan-Frederik then interned at McKinsey & Company as a Fellow Intern in 2011 and later at Siemens Management Consulting as a Consulting Intern in 2011. In 2012, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they gained experience and expertise in management consulting.
In 2017, Dr. Arnold founded PrediLive, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills. In 2019, they joined Flightright as the CFO & Head of Strategy, further strengthening their business and financial acumen. Recently, they have taken on the role of CEO of the Flightright Group since December 2021. Additionally, in 2020 they became the Managing Director/Geschäftsführer at freem.

Building upon these foundational studies, they then dedicated several years to earning their Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Hamburg University of Technology, which they completed between 2015 and 2018.
