Craig Baker

Craig Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation management and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation at FlightSafety International since September 2021, Craig has previously held various roles within the same company, including Manager and Project Manager. Craig’s career also includes a position as Compensation Manager at OCLC and a similar role at FlightSafety International prior to that. At NetJets, Craig advanced through several positions, culminating in the role of Senior Business Consultant. Earlier experience includes a significant contribution at Battelle, where Craig led M&A activities for the National Ecological Observatory Network. Craig began a foundation in chemistry by working as a chemist at Advanced Testing Laboratory and Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories. Educational credentials include a Master of Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University, a summer program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Denison University.
