Salsabila Rahma Yustihan has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2018. In 2018, they were a Staff of Department of Science and Profession Development for Eksekutif Mahasiswa Informatika. In 2019, they were a Laboratory Assistant for Artificial Intelligence and Operating System at Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) University of Brawijaya. In 2020, they worked as a Web Analyst for Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School, a Web Developer for Pictafish, and a Laboratory Assistant for Database System at Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) University of Brawijaya. In 2021, they were a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for PT Bejana Investidata Globalindo (BIGIO.ID) where they achieved several accomplishments, such as making a new division for Software Development Engineer In Test, leading a team for software testing, initiating automated testing using Robot Framework, and creating well-structured automation testing. In 2022, they are a Test Engineer for Flip.

Salsabila Rahma Yustihan has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Brawijaya, obtained in 2021. Salsabila also attended MAN 2 Kota Malang from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a High School degree in Science. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including "Predicting House Prices with Regression using TensorFlow", "Crash Course on Python", "Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap 4", "SQL for Data Science", "Structuring Machine Learning Projects", and "Using Python to Access Web Data", all obtained in June 2020.
