Saqib began their career in 2015 as a Business Development Internship at Ruangguru.com. During their time there, they also served as a Web Developer, developing the Ruangguru website with more than 8,000 qualified teachers and creating new features such as Online Course and Teacher Driven. In 2017, Saqib moved to SKK Migas as a Java Developer. Most recently, Saqib has been with Flip since 2018, where they have held the roles of Engineering Manager, Engineering Squad Lead, Lead Backend Engineer, and Software Engineer.

Saqib attended SMA Negeri 1 Bogor from 2009 to 2012. Saqib then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Indonesia, which they completed in 2018.
