Milena Fidanovska

Milena Fidanovska is a strategic professional with extensive experience in various operational roles. Currently serving as Strategic Operations Lead and previously as Digital Operations Lead at Flipp since September 2022, Milena also volunteered at LCIT PM Guild from February to November 2022. Prior experience includes an E-commerce Associate role at SVP Sports and managing Zoki Rol Ltd Dooel from 2015 to 2021. Early career highlights feature positions as a Psychologist at the University Clinic of Psychiatry and Project Assistant at GfK. Milena holds a Postgraduate Degree in Advanced Project Management and Strategic Leadership from Lambton College, alongside a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, R. Macedonia, as well as a High School Diploma as a Licensed Nurse from DSMU Dr. Panche Karagjozev.
