Mark has over 30 years of experience in estimating and project management in the construction industry. Mark joined Flippo in early 2021. He manages the Heavy Construction and Utility Divisions, which includes utility installation, sitework, bridges and concrete structures. Mark reviews all contract schedules and monitors production to ensure that all project issues are resolved in a timely manner. Mark attended both Salisbury State University and the University of Maryland with a major in Accounting and Business Management.
