Alycia Tooill

Alycia Tooill currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People Success at Flipside and as a People Strategy & HR Consultant for AMT Search & Consulting. With a strong background in HR leadership, Alycia previously held the position of Chief of Staff and Vice President of People at Wyre, where responsibilities included overseeing company-wide people strategies and enhancing organizational culture across multiple countries. In prior roles, Alycia demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition as the Head of Talent Acquisition at D4C Dental Brands and as a Corporate Recruiter at Global Payments Inc., achieving significant increases in recruiting success and employee retention. Alycia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville and an Executive MBA from the University of North Alabama.
