Micaela Chauch is an accomplished talent professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various companies. Currently serving as a Talent at Float since July 2023, Micaela previously held the position of Principal - Talent at FNZ Group and led technical talent initiatives for North America at Coursera, where a significant team expansion occurred in the Toronto hub. Prior to Coursera, Micaela contributed as Senior Talent Acquisition at GuruLink, focusing on scaling tech companies and managing key accounts. Additional experience includes project management and account executive roles at Mediaplanet, where Micaela successfully launched health awareness campaigns, and a project management internship at Proof, executing marketing campaigns for notable clients.
