Elizma de Beer

Elizma de Beer currently serves as the Head of Growth and Marketing at Floatpays, focusing on expanding partner ecosystems and driving customer acquisition through data-driven strategies. Prior to this, Elizma was the Head of Growth at Mama Money, managing both digital and on-the-ground sales networks. At Adumo, as the Head of Growth Marketing, Elizma optimized lead generation and growth initiatives. Previous experience includes various marketing roles at Hello Group, where Elizma aimed to impact marginalized communities, and positions in marketing support and coordination at PXS Distributions and Phoenix Distribution. Elizma holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Pretoria.
