Rick Lau

Rick Lau is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in mobile platform development and product management. Currently serving at Flock Safety as the Product Owner, Release Manager, and Engineering Manager for the Falcon Android security camera, Rick has previously held key positions at notable companies including PayJoy, Poynt, LeEco US, Samsung Mobile, Qualcomm, ACCESS Systems Americas, Openwave Systems Inc., Uniden, and ETE. With a strong background in Android OS, applications, and hardware integration, Rick has successfully led initiatives resulting in product delivery and company acquisitions. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering with a focus on Wireless Communications from UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering.
