Mikael Aro

Before joining, Mikael was the President and CEO of VR-Group Ltd.

​Previously he served as the Senior Vice President, Northern Europe of Carlsberg Breweries AS, and as CEO of Oy Sinebrychoff Ab.

​Mikael has also sat on the boards of numerous organizations, including Mehiläinen Oy, Confederation of Finnish Industries, Suomen Kansallisteatterin Osakeyhtiö, Service Sector Employers PALTA, and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company​.

He holds an Executive MBA.
