Nicholas Read

Nicholas Read is a Senior Data Scientist at FloodMapp since May 2022, previously serving as Chief Technology Officer at Anditi from June 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with leadership to set technology strategy in geospatial data analytics. Nicholas also held the position of Senior Data Scientist and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne from August 2018 to May 2019. Academically, Nicholas earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics (2018), a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics (2013), and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (2011), all from the University of Melbourne.
