Gretchen Sabol has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Gretchen started their career at Xerox as a Marketing Representative in 1989. In 1995, they joined Deloitte as a Manager and worked there for three years. In 1998, they joined North Highland as a Manager for a brief period of time. Later that year, they joined The Home Depot and held various roles, including Manager, Director, and Merchant, over a span of 13 years. In 2011, they joined Total Retail Group as the Vice President of Retail Strategy & Business Development. Since 2014, Gretchen has been with Floor & Decor, starting as the Merchandising Vice President and currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising.
Gretchen Sabol holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Georgetown University. Gretchen also obtained an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
