Shannon Trusner has over 20 years of experience in the information technology and management sectors, currently serving as Vice President of IT - Product Management + PMO at Floor & Decor since September 2004. Shannon has progressed through various leadership roles at Floor & Decor, including Senior Director of IT Product Management and Director of IT Product Management, among others. Prior to joining Floor & Decor, Shannon worked at Circuit City as an Operations Manager. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Kennesaw State University, earned between 2013 and 2021.
