Ricardo Martinez

Ricardo Martinez is an experienced product and engineering leader with a strong background in scaling technology organizations. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at FloQast, Ricardo leads initiatives focused on AI agents and ERP integrations. He previously held leadership roles, including Director of Product Management and Engineering at Relzi and Senior Director of Software Engineering at CareerBuilder. Earlier in his career, he led engineering teams at Integra Systems Queensborough and later focused on API development and agile transformation at Travelport. Ricardo earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
