Ash Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career in 2008 as a Commercial Analyst at Toll Holdings Limited, where they provided operational and commercial data for major tenders. They later became a State Accountant, responsible for financial reporting and payroll functions. In 2012, Ash joined Lactalis Group as a Finance Business Partner, focusing on logistics and working on tenders and business model changes. They then took on the role of Finance Manager for site operations, overseeing milk supply, manufacturing, and logistics. Ash also worked at PanAust as a Supply Chain Finance lead, implementing SAP HANA and leading the implementation of internal fleet operations. They later worked at Fonterra as a Corporate Governance Analyst and at Incitec Pivot Limited as a Commercial Business Partner. In 2018, they served as a Senior Finance Sales Partner at Mondelēz International before joining noumi as a Finance Manager for UHT Operations and Distribution. Most recently, Ash was the Group Finance Manager at ProviCo Australia, responsible for the finance, IT, and commercial functions of the Provico Group. They also served as the General Manager of Provico Rural/Dairy Best Victoria operations. Ash is currently the Head of Supply Chain Finance - AMEA at Upfield.
Ash Cohen earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting/Marketing from Deakin University from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a CPA certification from CPA Australia between 2010 and 2014, specializing in Accounting.
