Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Aeromar, where strategic turnaround initiatives were implemented, and President & CEO at Laureate International Universities, overseeing the largest private university network in Mexico. Holtz has held significant positions at Monsanto Company, focusing on national brands and strategic accounts in the U.S. and leading efforts in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Educational credentials include a Master's in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a dual B.S. in Finance and Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University.
