Anish Aswani

Anish Aswani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the finance and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Florac since August 2016, Anish also holds various board positions, including Board Member at Integrated Pain Associates, Unio Health Partners, and Diverzify, along with a Board Observer role at Entertainment Earth, Inc. Anish has a significant background in advising Fortune 500 and middle-market companies on M&A, capital raising, and financial restructurings, having executed over 45 transactions valued at more than $62 billion during a tenure at Moelis & Co. from 2007 to 2016. Previous roles include Associate at Lehman Brothers and Design Engineer at Intel Corporation. Anish holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
