Lisa Plotkin is a seasoned professional in health policy and influence, currently serving as the Head of Policy and Influence at the Florence Nightingale Foundation since June 2023. With extensive experience in policy management, including roles at The British Heart Foundation and The Royal College of Anaesthetists, Lisa has a strong background in health and care policy. Previous positions include Policy and Research Manager at The Migraine Trust and Senior Policy Officer at the UK Faculty of Public Health. Lisa's academic qualifications include a PhD in History of Medicine and Public Health and an MA in History from UCL, along with a BA in History from American University.

It does this by enabling nurses and midwives to access sophisticated and bespoke leadership development opportunities, both in the UK and overseas, tailored to the scholar’s needs.
