Macon then worked as an assistant to the Director of Human Resources at MI Africa from 2009 to 2009. Macon later became a Guest Service Representative at Extended Stay America, where they had responsibilities such as meeting quotas for rooms and long-term contracts sold. Macon then transitioned to a role as an Outbound Sales Representative at InService America, where they made sales calls on behalf of television and radio personalities. Macon subsequently worked as a Sales and Retention Specialist at Surpass Contact Centers and later as a Direct Sales Agent at Nationwide Insurance. Macon joined Chris Owen & Associates Allstate Office as an Associate Agent in 2013. In 2014, Macon became a Small Business Owner at Allstate and held this position until February 2021. Macon then worked as the VP of Sales at Ameriflex from 2018 to March 2021. Currently, Macon is the Business Development Director at Flores & Associates, LLC, a position they have held since April 2021.
