Jaha Cummings is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in real estate, community engagement, and advisory roles. Currently serving on the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review and as a member of RedBoxMe in Collaboration with Cartier, Jaha is also a Registered Representative and Partner at Finalis, specializing in Private Placement and Capital Raising across multiple sectors. As the Founder and Chairman of the Blanchard House Institute, Jaha leads initiatives that support underinvested communities and promote heritage preservation. Additional roles include Principal at Cummings Commercial Group and Manager at Coldwell Banker Sunstar, along with participation in the Florida Freight Advisory Committee and hosting Tri-County Hour. Jaha's educational background includes studies at Dartmouth College and multiple sessions at the Florida League of Cities University.
