John Easterling

John Easterling, P.E., PTOE, currently serves as the District Traffic Operations Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation - Turnpike, a position held since March 2004. Prior to this role, John worked as a Senior Transportation Engineer at HNTB from April 2002 to March 2004 and as a Senior Traffic Engineer at VHB from September 2001 to April 2002. From May 1995 to September 2001, John held the position of Project Manager at David Plummer & Associates. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1995.
