Scott Stevens

Scott Stevens is an experienced professional in environmental management and engineering, currently serving as a Maintenance Environmental Specialist at the Florida Department of Transportation since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing a $3+ million National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program. Prior roles include Design Utility Project Manager IV, Project Administrator, and Engineering Technician IV at the Florida Department of Transportation, where Scott contributed to project monitoring, engineering work, and permit processing. Previous experience includes positions as Environmental Technical Manager and Environmental Technician at Gannett Fleming, as well as Environmental Specialist II at the Department of Environmental Protection, where Scott was involved in site investigations, water quality testing, and compliance reporting. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of South Florida and an A.S. in Environmental Science from Hillsborough Community College.
