Michelle Kramer is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division at the Florida Office of the Attorney General since January 2021. Previously, Michelle held the positions of Senior Supervising Attorney and Assistant Public Defender at the Public Defender's Office - 11th Circuit in Miami Dade from August 2007 to March 2016. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University and a Doctor of Law with a focus on Criminal Law and Constitutional Law from Cardozo School of Law.
