Nick Campbell

Nick Campbell currently serves as General Manager at Florida Power & Light, leading a high-performing team focused on safety, environmental integrity, reliability, and cost efficiency. Previously, Nick held various management roles, including Plant Manager at the FPL West County Energy Center, where leadership efforts resulted in best-in-class performance for the largest clean advanced combined cycle facility in North America. Additional experience includes roles at NextEra Energy Resources as a PGD Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed root cause analysis and best practice implementation, and at Guardian Industries as a Maintenance Coordinator/Project Mechanical Engineer. Nick's career began at Target, where oversight of the grocery department involved managing team operations. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University.
