Trish McFadden, PHR, serves as the Executive Director of Training and Quality Assurance at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, where Trish oversees strategic planning, professional development, and skills training for a diverse staff. Prior to their current role, Trish managed transportation services for over 600 students in Florida and facilitated leadership and HR courses for over 700 employees. With a background in management and finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, Trish also has extensive experience in training and program management from their tenure at the Washington State Auditor's Office.

The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) was established in 1885 with support of the State of Florida and private contributions.Based in St. Augustine, we are recognized as one of the top schools for the deaf and blind in the nation and the only one of its kind in Florida. FSDB is a fully accredited, tuition-free state public school foreligible Pre-K and K-12 students who are deaf/hard of hearing, blind/visually impaired, or deafblind.
