Elisa Weber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and policy development in Florida. Currently serving as Program Director for Technology Services at Florida State University's Northwest Regional Data Center since July 2022, Elisa's expertise lies in providing innovative IT solutions to government and educational institutions. Prior roles include Chief of Public Policy at Florida Digital Service, where focus was on enhancing government services through technology, and Economic Development and Business Recovery Manager at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, overseeing major recovery programs post-natural disasters. Additional experience includes leadership positions in the Florida Constitution Revision Commission, the Office of Policy and Budget, and the Florida Senate, among others. Elisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Arts in Musicology from Penn State University.
