Lj Mahon

LJ Mahon serves as the Managing Director at Mathghamhain Partners Limited, overseeing an investment portfolio focused on opportunistic equity investments across Russia, Eastern Europe, and former CIS countries since July 2000. Additionally, LJ is involved in private equity with a family-owned company and has invested over $200 million in international business and structured finance. As a specialized faculty lecturer at Florida State University, LJ teaches various courses in finance and international business. Membership on the Boards of Directors for the Tallahassee Economic Development Council further highlights LJ's expertise in international business operations. Notable past roles include CEO at Basic Element Company and significant contributions as Vice President of Business Development at Alstom Infrastructure Group, where LJ played a key role in developing and financing infrastructure projects in the Americas. LJ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European History from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor in International Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
