Mark Bird serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Florida State University since 1992, where additional roles include Associate Director of the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory (NHMFL), Distinguished University Scholar, Director of the Magnet Science and Technology Division at NHMFL, and Resistive Magnet Program Manager.
