Mr. John Maniatis is the current Deputy Director of the Golden Sugar Company at Flour Mills of Nigeria. Maniatis has held this position since March 2007. Prior to their current role, Mr. Maniatis served as the Export Manager for Yalco S.D.Constantinou & Son S.A. from September 2003 to March 2007. In this role, they were responsible for exports and new business development, managed an exports team of 3 exports’ officers, and reported directly to the company’s GM.
From June 1997 to August 2001, Mr. Maniatis served as the Regional Sales Director for Eurodef Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for sales of weapons and ammunition of all calibres to National Armed Forces in Su-Saharan Africa, managed a team of 5 retired military officers and engineers and reported directly to the company’s MD.
Prior to their roles at Eurodef Ltd and Yalco S.D.Constantinou & Son S.A., Mr. Maniatis served as the Operations Manager for Betaco S.A.R.L from September 1994 to May 1997.
Maniatis John has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Marketing from The American College of Greece.
