As Co-Founder and CTO at Flow since August 2021, Naor drives innovation and technical strategy. Prior experience includes serving as VP of R&D at Optibus, where Naor led a significant expansion of the engineering team and achieved consistent year-over-year sales growth. Naor's background also features senior roles at HERE Technologies, Quixey, SharedBook, Marvell Israel Ltd., and Terayon, contributing to various technology projects ranging from smart mobility solutions to scalable mobile app search engines. Naor holds a Master of Science in Technology and Information Systems Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Haifa.
