Tim Scism MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim started their career at Mutual of Omaha Fiscal Intermediary for Medicare, where they held various positions within the claims area, including Medicare Claims Examiner, Customer Service Representative, Claims Analyst, and Supervisor of the Training Division. In 2004, they joined Kindred Healthcare as the Manager of Accounts Receivable Hospital Division, where they traveled to different Kindred Business Offices to resolve issues in accounts receivable. Tim was later promoted to Director of Central Billing Office, overseeing billing and collections for five Long Term Acute Care facilities. In 2014, Tim joined Greystone Healthcare Management as the Director of Accounts Receivable, where they established a Central Billing Office and managed billing and accounts receivable for 38 Skilled Nursing Facilities. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Academic Alliance in Dermatology, overseeing revenue, collections, and operations. Tim then transitioned to Dermatology Medical Partners as the Director of Revenue Cycle, responsible for managing the full revenue cycle of a Shared Service Organization. Currently, Tim serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Flow Therapy.
Tim Scism obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Natural Sciences from Midland University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bellevue University. No specific start and end years are provided for both degrees.
