Heba Fawzy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in diverse roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Flow Alkaline Spring Water since June 2022, Heba has previously held multiple significant positions at IBM from June 2007 to March 2021, including Program Manager for Local Talent Development and Global Process Lead for HRMS Workday Implementation. Earlier in their career, Heba worked as a Senior HR Specialist at Jotun Middle East, India and Africa from December 1998 to February 2005. Heba holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Arts and attended The English School.
