Tijs Rademakers has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tijs started their career as a Consultant at IBM in 2001. Later, they worked as an Architect at Atos Origin from 2003 to 2009. Tijs then became an ICT Architect at APG from 2009 to 2010. Afterwards, they joined Atos Origin again as an ICT Consultant from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Alfresco, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and later as the Activiti and Alfresco Workflow Project Lead. In 2016, Tijs joined KIS Consultancy as a BPM Consultant. Tijs also served as the Flowable Project Lead at Flowable (open source project) from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Tijs holds the positions of Principal Software Engineer and VP of Engineering at Flowable since 2017.
