Caroline Klatt has a long and varied work experience. Caroline began their career in 2010 as a Corporate Strategy Analyst for Collective Brands, Inc. In 2011, they moved to McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst. In 2012, they were hired as the Director of Strategy and Operations for Fab.com. In 2016, they Co-Founded and became the CEO of Headliner Labs, a chatbot platform designed for retail. In 2020, they moved to ForwardPMX, The Stagwell Group as the Chief Innovation Officer and Voice and Chatbot Expert. Most recently, in 2021, they Co-Founded Flow Carbon.
Caroline Klatt attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree.
